This policy explains how Repairology handles information provided through our website, customer portal and repair services.

Information we use

We collect information you provide, including contact details, repair and device information, appointments, communications, transaction records and messaging preferences. We use it to provide and support services, manage customer accounts, process transactions, communicate about repairs and protect our systems.

Service providers and mobile information

We use service providers for hosting, payments and communications to support these services. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process this information to deliver and support messages on our behalf.

Repairology service text messages

When you choose to opt in, Repairology may send text messages about your repair, appointments, service questions, pickup readiness and receipts to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a phone number, accepting repair terms or receiving a receipt does not by itself enroll you in text messages. Marketing messages require separate permission.

Your choices and help

Reply STOP to opt out of texts. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, call 443.390.5065 or contact our team. After opting out, text START to the shop's messaging number to request resubscription. Do not send passwords, payment card details or device passcodes by text.

Records and requests

We keep records as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain consent and opt-out preferences and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact our team to request access to or correction of your information, or to ask about deletion. Some records may need to be retained for these purposes.
