I had a Samsung phone that was badly damaged by water, and I was especially worried about losing all of my photos and memories. Troy went above and beyond and was able to recover my photos when I honestly thought they were gone for good. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kept me informed throughout the process. Extremely disappointed with the service I got here. I came to this store in Feburary/ March of this year and dropped off two ends of a USB-C cable to be mended. I got the cable back today, still in two pieces. I was told many times only one person could do this repair, and he only worked one or two days of the week. I made multiple trips on multiple days to try and pick up my cable. I had some employees tell me they were waiting on parts and it wasnt done, and others tell me they could not access my cable because it was in one employees (or the managers) lock box. If they had told me months ago that they could not repair my cable, or that it was not a possible repair, I would have happily accepted that it was not possible. But they never did, they never called me. They just lead me on for months. I can excuse the unrepaired cable- I cannot excuse the extremely poor customer service.

I’ve been going to Repairology in Joppa for several years now, and I can honestly say that I’ve had nothing but great experiences every time. I’m a little clumsy when it comes to my phones, so I’ve had to visit them a total of four times over the years, and they have always been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Most recently, Matt and his team literally saved my phone and got it back up and running for me. The price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. They also went above and beyond by helping me reset my phone, back up my information, and even teaching me how to use the cloud so I could better protect my information going forward. What I appreciate most is how well they communicate and how they treat their customers. Matt is a genuinely nice person, and his entire staff has always made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They never make me feel bad for coming in with another phone mishap, and they take the time to explain things instead of just fixing the problem and sending you on your way. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place with great customer service, fair prices, and people who genuinely care about helping you, I definitely recommend Repairology. I’ll continue going back

Ive had multiple phone screens fixed here at Repairology and always with full transparency and information on any questions i have, they answer. Ive had no complaints with any of my repairs. The time to fix the screen was less than half an hour so no complaints there as well!

Honestly, this was the last shop I went to after no one could fix my device. I was greeted with a smile upon entering and not even 30 minutes went by and my device was successfully restored and returned to me safely. Highly recommend Repairology! My phone was accidentally left on the back bumper of my Jeep, ended up in the middle of Route 22, and was ran over multiple times. I thought years of memories were gone forever. Matt kept me updated throughout the entire process with excellent communication, and they somehow recovered all of my photos and videos from 2019 to 2026. Those memories are priceless, and I'm beyond grateful.

I went to Repairology for an issue with signing into my MacBook and they were able to get it resolved within less than an hour. It was much quicker and easier than dealing with Apple or Best Buy so I will definitely be taking all my electronic problems there from now on. Matt took care of it and he was very helpful! They also have a nice selection of screen protectors and electronic accessories.
