A few helpful answers
Before we get to work.
Is approval automatic?
No. Repairology reviews each application before assigning business pricing. Submitting a form does not activate a discount.
What information should I have ready?
Your legal business name, nine-digit EIN, business structure, business address, estimated employees and monthly repairs, device types, and primary contact information. Your Maryland SDAT or entity ID is optional. Do not submit a Social Security number.
Does my discount change automatically with volume?
No. Your company has an individually approved rate. If your repair needs change, contact our team for a pricing review. Updating your application sends it back for approval.
Can I combine my rate with another promotion?
Business pricing and other offers cannot be combined. You can choose business pricing or turn it off to book at standard pricing with an eligible coupon.
Where can we bring devices?
Select an available location in the existing booking tool. Temporarily closed locations remain listed but cannot accept bookings.
